SPA appointment diary overview
Spa system is designed to automate the appointment diary for enabling users to provide
Quick appointments to customers thereby enhancing the service level. The system also has
the Call Center mode for taking appointments for each outlet also.
The system is developed using ASP .Net along with MS SQL Server 2005 / MS SQL EXPRESS
Edition at the clinics.
The whole module revolves around the Lead / Appointment, Appointment Diary and Follow
up.
The Lead / Appointment contains following features:-
a. Take new appointment for any date / time range
b. Rescheduling of the reservations for date / room.
c. Cancellation / Reinstate of any reservation
d. Check Availability for the particular appointment
The Appointment Diary contains following features:-
a. Different views like Weekend View / Cancel View / Day View / Normal View / Staff View
- Weekend View: The next 4 weekend slots
- Cancel view: All cancel appointments taken by a particular customer for the entire
month / quarter / year
- Day Area view for all rooms: A complete morning / afternoon / evening view of all
rooms for a particular day.
- Normal view for a room: The normal view for a particular room
- Staff View : All Staff appointment view for particular day
The Follow up contains the following features:-
a. Follow up for the particular date / time
b. Follow up with their remarks
c. History of that particular follow up
