The story of AL Toobi New Enterprise started in 2014 when Mr. Ismail’s interest in coffee lead him to introduce a new casual dining experience aimed to attract young generation of local Omanis. Mr. Ismail saw a gap in the available quality dining experience for the target group. After some research the first Italian Barista Café (IBC) was opened near the Wave (Muscat) in March 2014. Slowly there was an increased demand and the business has ever since grown into the current branches of the same brand in Salalah, Qurum and Sohar.

As of January 2018, AL Toobi New Enterprise is managing 4 branches of IBC and planning for the introduction of 3 more units in this year as well as introducing a brand new outlet named (Magic Trailer) with totally new dining concept.

The Company’s strategy is to differentiate its restaurants by emphasizing consistently on high-quality food and service, serving generous portions at moderate prices in distinctly designed restaurants.

Al Toobi Group selected ShawMan Restaurant Management System for their outlet operations and CRUX Material Management System for their back office inventory control, food costing and recipe control operations after a lot of deliberations and several rounds of evaluation of various available systems in the market.

Today Al Toobi has deployed ShawMan POS at their concepts namely Italian Barista Cafe, Magic Trailer and soon to be followed other concepts….
